Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, no questions asked. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at vrdongles@gmail.com. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and non-refundable credit card processing fees. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If for any reason your dongle is not working properly, or the firmware becomes non-functional, contact vrdongles@gmail.com for an exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty
Purchases made on VRdongles.com are covered by a 2 year warranty. Warranty will cover any manufacturers defect or malfunction (i.e. if the dongle stops working, USB contacts wear out), and a replacement will be provided if available. Warranty does not cover intentional or accidental damage (i.e. the dongle is snapped in half).
